Weekly blog 6: Sep 9

 This week was only a 4 day week so it went by quite fast. Period 3 was on ID duty and we continued flag football for both advisories every day except Friday. We were also reminded of our Mr. Ing Biocubes during class so I made sure to complete it throughout the week. On Thursday, some of us stayed at school for 12 hours to help out with the parent meeting and we also got our progress reports! As for other classes, it was a pretty okay week. We just continued with our learning agendas as usual.

My highlights this week was parent meeting. I enjoyed it because when we stayed after school, Eliscia, Janzen, Leilani, and I played volleyball which was super fun. The part of that day that made me laugh a lot was when we were sitting on the ledge of the stage and filming and Mr. Ing walked by us and made a funny face 😭. Another highlight of this week was actually Id's because actually working made me realize how easier it is than what I thought, ( well for the most part ). And finally my last highlight was Fridays advisory because we didn't have to work flag football. As you can probably tell, I don't enjoy standing in a hot field, flag football is one of my lowlights but more on that later. 8th grade advisory is so fun we played a little prank on Mr. Ing and Ms. Shayna but they didn't even react and were actually happy LOL. Lowlights for this week is flag football because for some reason classes were coming much later this week and there were soo much bug bites. 

Something I learned this week is to be appreciative of the stuff around you. It's such a random lesson but all the funny stuff is what made me understand more of that. I also learned about GT in quarter two which is exciting! Can't wait to meet the new people and also my group.
